Salami !!!!

So I grew in an Italian household and let me just tell you ladies how much I've missed cold salami. I've been hesitant even having a sandwich heated up with deli meat. After doing a lot of research I read enough to make me feel safe in my choice to eat cold salami. I found a brand that sells salami with no nitrates which is what you're supposed to be cautious of. I'm so happy I could cry. Just wanted to share in case any of you ladies were in the same boat !
