Premixed formula in insulated diaper bag pocket: how long?

Help! First dinner outing. If I premix a formula bottle and put it in the insulated pouch in my diaper bag (no ice or anything), how long can it stay there? Clean bottle, he hasn't touched it.

If your carrying a diaper bag why not just carry the formula can in your purse and mix it when your ready for it. Formula has to be used within an hour of mixing
