So my little one was born 3 weeks early and had a few small medical problems. She had to go for bililevel checks everyday for a week and a half and weight checks too. Well I finally got her insurance all worked out and turns out she got out on medicaid and did not qualify for my insurance since we are considered "low income". Well long story short, her doctor doesn't accept medicaid. Do I have to pay for all the labs and weight checks out of pocket? I know I have to change doctors which I don't really mind doing, but I have already received some of the bills and there is no way I can pay them. Help! I just got my own insurance this year and have no idea how it works!
