early pregnancy cramps?

Did or does anyone else experience cramps in early pregnancy? It's kind of worrying me because idk what is normal ! They don't really hurt and some times it just feels like pressure . I had a miscarriage a couple years ago so I'm paranoid about it happening again :(

I had intense cramps until 7 weeks. Sometimes they would even keep me up at night. I was so worried about them but thankfully once I hit week 7 they disappeared. I do get an odd cramp here and there still (currently almost 10 weeks). There is no need to freak out unless you see blood

As long as they aren't accompanied with any bleeding, you should be ok. Cramping is normal because your uterus is stretching ❤️😊
