When the guy you have been dating for a while (seven months)  tells you...
"We should be in a relationship" and "We should have gotten into a telationship when we started dating"

Do you take it serious?...like he asking to be your boyfriend or you should wait until he actually asks you to be his girlfriend? 🤔

I ask him if that is what he wanted ( a relationship with me) and he was like ...
" You know me more than I do"....

What do you think this means? I was so confused. Still confused.

Me and my boyfriend were official at about six weeks. I don't know how it would take seven months but everyone has their own pace I guess... So if you both want to then just have a proper talk about it and then make it official. For me to close the conversation I said "so are we officially boyfriend and girlfriend?" and his reply was "yeah were officially boyfriend and girlfriend" :) I know though how anxiety provoking it can be because you think we'll what if they reject me. It's just a risk you have to take. Would you rather drag it out longer not knowing or know and make a decision based on that?

Thanks everybody for replying. The thing is that we have become like best friends, we do everything together pretty much...but we dont have a label for it. And because he is my friend I dont want to pit pressure on anything. I have feelings for him. But in the other hand he has become my best friend too. I wish I could walk away,but I dont want us to loose our friendship

It sounds like he wants a relationship but was a bit too chickenshit to answer your question directly. I'd bring it up again but make him answer the question straight up, it'll be good for him. I'd always hesitate to be official with a man who can't say what he wants otherwise.

My bf and I were official a month in. We just both figured we were in a relationship from the beginning. We have always only been with each other. It took me saying are we in a relationship for him to tell me yes I thought you knew this lol

I asked my boyfriend if he was seeing other girls about 2 months in. He said no and I considered us to be dating at that point.

Took just over 6 months for me and my boyfriend and it was me I just said I have to tell you something and then told him I loved him he was in complete shock but nearly 4 years later we are as happy as we could ever be x
