switching to toddler formula or whole milk?

Anyone switch their 10/11 month old to toddler formula or whole milk?  Only reason I'm asking is because our daughter doesn't seem to be getting full in the afternoon. She eats 3 meals a day plus snacks, water, and her formula (4-6oz 4xs/day)She's been waking at night 4 hrs after going to sleep and will only settle if I give her a 6oz bottle. She is on Happy Baby organic and she loves it. I can't remember when we switched my now 5 yr old son. I'm thinking it was 11 months when we put him on toddler formula and he slept better as it's more filling. Our daughter was a champion sleeper and I know 10 months is a huge month for development leaps, growth spurts, plus she's getting all 4 molars in!:/.
