Scary dreams normal?

Hello everyone this is baby #1 for me and my husband. I just started the 2nd trimester and had a horrible dream last night that something was wrong and the doctor was advising me to abort the pregnancy. I just wanted to know if this was normal to have scary dreams?

I'm still in my first trimester, (I'm the type of person that doesn't remember their dreams ever!!) and it just started up about a month ago. And these dreams are sooo realistic and scary! My OB said it's completely normal, your hormones play a big part of that!
