Success after Laparoscopy?

I will be having my second laparoscopy with excision for Endometriosis this August. I have been unable to conceive and also been having bad endo pain again so my doctor thinks this is the best course of action for both issues. What have people's experiences been with ttc after laparoscopy? How long did it take to conceive? Did you use any fertility meds? Any and all experiences or advice would be much appreciated. I'm feeling very nervous as I've heard that subsequent surgeries can damage your ovarian reserve, etc. Thanks for taking the time to read!
