Am I crazy or do you see it?

This would be my Rainbow baby after three losses and they would be due Feb 7th!. Really hoping I'm not crazy and you all see something too. Aunt Flo due tomorrow
(I should add that I never get BFPs until like 5-7 days after missed period. I just had an instinct to test early.)
