TMI post partum sex question

This is TMI but I need to ask advice so I apologize in advance but we are all woman here so Im currently 5 weeks post partum Me and my so were engaging in anal sex and he slipped into my vagina before anal he pulled out it didn't hurt at all I've stopped bleeding awhile ago but now I'm spotting again should I be concerned? 😯
