when will I see movement on the outside?!

Question

I'm 20 weeks 3 days. I definitely feel baby on the inside but when will I see it from the outside? My husband is dying to feel the baby move. Scared maybe I gained too much weight?

I am currently 19 and 1 with baby number 4. My older boys felt baby on the outside a little over 17 weeks. Hubby felt it a day later, he works nights and was gone when i decided to check. I had been feeling actual kicks since 15 and 1. Decided to check to see if i could feel them on the outside a day or two after 17 weeks. Sure enough i could. 
 I try to see if i can record her kicks on the outside for the hubby when he is at work. I am able to see little movements from her on the outside when she does kick. Not like her foot (that will be later) but my belly will jump where she kicks.
 I am a bit 'heavier' as some would say. I have lost a bit of weight so far, but i am still up there, and have a pouch that has been around for a few years. 
First 2 pics are at 8 weeks weighing about 186 lbs, third picture was Monday at 19 weeks. Weighing about 175 lbs, finally hanging around this weight, going up and down about 2 or 3 lbs. Which is good because my doctors have been complaining that i keep losing weight.

23 weeks as of today, and I saw him move yesterday!

Im 20-1 and i feel the same. And also just started to really feel it on the outside but not seeing is and its speratic when it does happen. My bf hasn't felt it yet either
