anyone get preggers right after quitting birth control?

I'm just curious because I stopped taking my birth control half way through the pack which resulted in me having withdrawal bleeding for almost 2 weeks straight. If I count it out right today is my ovulation day and I had unprotected sex and my fiancé came in me. We've also had unprotected sex about 3 times this week. Anyone on here get preggers right away??
