ovulating and had unprotected sex!!

Hello all,

So today, the guy I've been on and off with had unprotected sex. He finished inside of me and about 2 hours later I was having sharp pain/cramps on the left side of my lady area (lol I don't know how else to explain that) so when I got to work, I had my (ex) sister in law bring me an ovulation test. (Picture attached) I see 2 lines. Anyone else? I'm just curious if any other ladies have had a similar experience and actually gotten pregnant? I'm not sure if I am ready/need a baby with this person. *side note: I already have 3 children. All 3 I got pregnant almost instantly. My youngest will be 5 so, I'm not sure if I am as fertile. Lol. I'm 27, by the way.
