Who do you want your baby to look more like?

I really want my kids to look more like my SO because he has absolutely beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous bronze skin, meanwhile my eyes are blackish brown and my skin is like super red all the time (and not like in a cutesy I'm blushing way but in the like I have a rash permanently way). So I'm curious  what other people want their kids to look like. So please share! 😊

I am pretty much a walking recessive gene, so my boys more strongly resemble their father (which I am fine with because I think my husband is handsome), but I knew that going in!

I really wanted my child to look like his dad. Which he does in the face. But he got my moms blonde hair and blue eyes and very pale skin, which I wish he didnt.

I'm never giving birth, so this doesn't apply for me.  My kids will look like their birth parents.

ME OMFG. My stepdaughter and my daughter look IDENTICAL to my husband, I just want one of my kids to look like me 😂😭😩 (I'm 31 weeks with a boy btw 🤞🏼)

Well, I say I don't care, but I'd love to have a child that inherits my husband's black, wavy, thick hair! Our second girl may have, but it's so hard to tell this young. It is very dark, but it could still fall out and grow back a lighter color. I'll love her and think she's beautiful either way, but it would still be nice if one looked like him! Our first girl is a clone of me!

Well, I would hope a girl would look like me and a boy look like my bf, BUT almost every generation of my bf's family, regardless of what person they marry that looks starkly different, all of the children look the same. His family has some strong ass genes.

I don't care really if I were to have a kid and they look like one or the other, but I'd always pictured a kid with him to be a girl, tan (I'm super white but his family got a lot of his mom's Native American skin tone and darken a TON), brown hair (we both have brown), brown eyes (he has hazel and I have brown, it'd be hard to get any color other than brown), knowing his families genes she'll probably have an hourglass shape with a booty or she'll get my random skinny build as my family has, and have a dainty bone structure like me.

I just assume most dominant traits will end up like the above kid.

I'd like my son to look like both of us. I don't really prefer for him to have certain features because I will think he is perfect either way. It would just be nice for him to look like me and his dad.

Well it doesn't really matter much, my husband and I look very similar. Our daughter looks like
Both of us.

But I guess I hope she looks more like me and if we ever have a son that he looks more like his dad.
