Does the pill cause nausea?

Hi guys, this month I started on a birth control pill and I've been so nauseous recently! Feels like I'm going to throw up but I don't 😖 Is this a side effect of the pill or something else? Would really like to hear your experiences 💖

Nausea can be a side effect of BC, it just depends on the person. If it doesn't go away after the first 3 months or becomes unbearable for you, talk to your doctor about switching to another brand.

I was awfully nauseated the first month!

Definitely, it took 2-3 months for the initial nausea to go away when I first started the pill. It should subside within 3 months, if it doesn't you should talk to your doctor about maybe switching brands
