what do you ladies use for prenatal vitamins?
I recently just bought OTCprenatal vitamins- vitafuse gummies.
Any thoughts on it? Or any others you suggest?
I would use OTC until pregnancy then I will switch to the prescribed ones- but from what I hear there all good no matter what
