help me decide

T🌸
I understand this isn't super controversial but I need help from users who are older and have lived in apartments more than us on deciding what do about our apartment! We have 10 months left in this area at the end of our lease, so we are moving away the first week of May 2018. Important to note: I'm due with our daughter this September, so if we moved I'd be 9 months pregnant at the time. So...
Apartment 1 is where we live now.
Apartment 2 is where we are considering moving into.
Apartment 1 would be $795 per month for 10 months. We wouldn't have to pay any deposits or anything to renew our lease.
It is easier for my husband to get to class.
It is slightly bigger than apartment 2.
Apartment 2 would be $745 per month for 10 months. We would have to pay about $500 in deposits and fees to move in, plus $50 for a uhaul truck, and my husband would have to take two days off work, a loss of about $400.
Apartment 1 has poor insulation and old windows so our gas heat is insane during the winter months. The old management never would seal up the gap around the windows and doors no matter how many times we asked, but there is new management that would likely fix it. We could use space heaters to cut down on gas costs.
Apartment 2 has all electric utilities, so it should be up to $100 a month cheaper.
They equal out to about the same amount of money, so here are some other things I'm wondering would be worth moving over:
Our dishwasher literally does not clean anything. You can put a clean dish in it and it will come out dirty. I feel like I might not have time or energy to hand wash dishes with a newborn.
We have spiders. If they spray for them we don't see them but I'm worried about spraying with the baby around? My dad says they could move with us though.
Apartment 1 is a 2 bedroom. Apartment 2 is a 1 bedroom. The baby would be sleeping in our room anyway so her crib will be in our room regardless, but I could put her toys, clothes, and changing area in the 2nd bedroom.
We previously had very dangerous neighbors, they were making/selling meth in our building, having huge parties, threatening us if we came outside or looked out the window. They moved out recently and I'm not worried, but my husband is worried someone similar will move in. He has bought a pistol (says he has to protect his baby when she gets here lol) so I'm hoping he'll feel better about it. We don't live in a bad neighborhood. It's close to a high school and we can't really afford to live in the super nice, without a doubt safe area.
So, what do you think we should do?
