Try the Tula. My SO used the Tula with our babe before. I'm pretty small but he's obviously much bigger. Also all the straps are super long so I'd imagine it would work fine.

I personally bought the ergo and wasnt too impressed. But ive heard wonderful things about plus size Tulas

Mei Tais are amazing because they don't have the buckles and you can control how tight/loose the straps are.  I found ring slings only good for the first 6 months and then unless you have awesome back strength, it would hurt my shoulders
