I just noticed today that the inner crease of my 9 day old baby's thighs (where her diaper sits) is chafing and some areas are quite red and raw looking. I am diapering her looser and making sure to dry her well before re-diapering but is there anything I can apply to the skin to help it to heal faster like an antibiotic ointment or something? Or is it best to just let it heal naturally over the next couple of days?
