Oatmeal and yogurt recommendations?

Hello. I'm kind of stumped on how I can sweeten my oatmeal. What are your favorite ways of enjoying oatmeal without going carb crazy?

Also I can't seem to find a good brand of yogurt that isn't a million carbs. What brands do you like?

Greek yogurt. I'm adding either dried banana and almonds, or blackberries and apple, or just blueberries. I find all 3 options yummy :)

My diabetic dietitian said greek yogurt is great, yes carbs are high but protein is double regular yogurt.

My nurse dietician told me no oatmeal or cereal bc it will spike your levels. I really want a big bowl of oatmeal with butter cinnamon and sugar Lol

I eat plain Fage yogurt with fruit, sometimes if I really need it sweet I'll use a little Splenda

I always eat regular old traditional oatmeal so there's no flavor to it - depends on how I am feeling I put one or half of a Splenda packet in there with cinnamon and fruit doesn't matter what kind of fruit .. a half of spoon of honey for flavor
