Is it wrong to let your boyfriend control the relationship?

Personally, I put my boyfriend in charge of everything. He chooses where we go, what we are going to do, and he even orders for me at restaurants. I take on a submissive role and do whatever he needs me to do and that's just how we work. It's very 1950s traditional.  I like it, but Iv been told it is very regressive of me and I shouldn't allow it. Opinions?

It's not wrong. It's your relationship. Now if he was forcing it to be this way and doesn't take your opinions/wants serious and refuses them, thennnn that's very unhealthy and wrong. But if this is 100% your choice, if you are happy with it, if he doesn't abuse (physically or mentally) in anyway, and you have good communication skills in the relationship then it's 100% perfectly fine.

it depends on what you want too. if you want him to control the relationship that's great. but if he is controlling/overprotective and you don't like it it could develop into abuse...
