Custody battle

I want to make this quick and to the point as best possible.

Back in 2015 I won full sole custody of my then 9 year old daughter. Reason being, her father kidnapped her for 3 months. Yes, he still has rights and visitation. My attorney informed me the second I walked out of that court room after being awarded sole custody that I was free to move wherever without his consent.

Now, we live in pennsylvania just outside of new york (where her father currently resides) We have been here 3 months now. Well, my daughter's father is taking me back to court. He's fighting me for residential custody of our now 11 year old.

My daughter loves her home with us , she's made friends here and her grades have been better than I've ever seen them before. She's comfortable here, and she's told me many times that she does not want to live with him.

Anyways, my question is, what's the worst that could potentially happen in my situation? Could a judge force me to move back to New York?

(Keep in mind I have not got into detail about my situation nor his and my reason for moving here. Child support plays a big role in this)

Thanks

* I do have an attorney in New York, my daughter also has her own attorney as well.
