So my son has strictly been one breastmilk since the day his was born. I had so much over supply I was able to store and fill my deep freezer. My supply I thought would last me till his first birthday was cut short by baby sitters who think feeding milk all day is the equivalent to feeding solids because of this I am out of my freezer supple and to make matters worse since I've been back to work my supply is starting to dry up! Any suggestion on what I can give him now or how to restart my milk production. I'm so sad he may now nurse till 1 yo like I planned
