scarring on abdomen area

for years now I've hated my body because of these acne-like scars all over my abdomen area. They're not exactly acne scars but actually from me pinching and squeezing my skin until it turns red and scabs over. sometimes it seems like a pimple because something will come out but not always. I'm tired of hiding them and need advice on how to heal them! has anyone else ever dealt with this? 😟
