what helps your anxiety besides pills?

i want to help myself with something more natural and calmer without any meds or weed i used to be on meds when i was younger but now i'm 23 and not been on it since 9th grade. the only thing that helps me calm down is cold nesss environment, melatonin and tea i usually get anxiety at night before i go to bed idk why or also when i'm in the heat or something i feel like i can't breathe what are some things you ladies do when you get anxious and stressed and get anxiety attacks?
