It's in the title, and also how to get rid of it. I shaved Monday and this came up yesterday

I have very sensitive skin too. I used to have this problem a lot after I shaved. I changed one simple thing and it went away.

When you're shaving down there, make sure you're exfoliating the area beforehand thoroughly. Don't use an old razor or a razor that's been sitting for too long because they easily collect bacteria and germs which can add to the problem. Try shaving with the grain and not against he grain, I know you may not get as close a shave but it will make a world of difference, and it won't irritate the skin as much! If the problem carries on, I'd definitely recommend seeing a doctor😇

Looks like either bad razed burn or infected hair follicles. Try using peroxide or rubbing alcohol then neosporin or a cortisone ointment on it.
