😩 high key freaking out

My period is irregular and I'm sexually active but we use condoms all the time. Yesterday I got my period or so what I thought was my period cause I started reading about implantation bleeding and now I'm freaking out cause it only lasted one day, but this also happened last month and I can remember two other times. Is this normal? What should I do? Im so confused
