I recently removed a coil (without hormones) I was carrying for 3years as my partner and I are now ready to become parents! I'm so excited so I downloaded <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">Glow app</a> hoping it will help aligning all factors to become pregnant asap! But going through some feeds I realize how challenging it can be and somehow I'm starting to ask myself a million questions! I'm only 31 but I've been told that after 30, and also after using contraceptive for a long time (I was on the pill for 11years before the IUD) the process can be slow and I'm getting nervous!
