Anyone else struggling with a light sleeper? Just in the last few days my son wakes up every single time I lay him down after nursing to try and get something done around the house. I don't swaddle him and certainly can't start now because he likes his arms freed. I try keeping my hands on his arms/head for a minute or so so he doesn't startle awake but that's not working anymore either. I guess I'm just curious if this is happening/has happened to anyone else. He's also been getting up every hour at night, I feel like he had a growth spurt last week so it shouldn't be another one, this is so frustrating!
