If you drop your car off for a couple simple repairs (new windshield, tire change, and oil change) at 8:30am and they tell you it will be done by 1pm that day and it isn't done yet at 1pm the next day don't you think you should speak up and say something? My brother thinks I'm rude for wanting to tell them to stop working on it I'm coming to pick up my car, I don't want any work done anymore.
