IB Guard During Pregnancy
Has anyone used IB Guard during their pregnancy? Or have heard it was safe or unsafe to take while pregnant?
It's ultra concentrated peppermint oil to aid digestion and relieve IBS symptoms. 
I have irritable bowl syndrome and I have been taking a low dose ( 1 capsule) of this daily before I was pregnant.
