itchy bump around my vagina

For the past few days I have been really itchy down there, so I go to look after the shower and there is like a tiny little raised bump on the inside of my vagina, it almost looks like a skin tag the way it's raised. I have only been with one guy( lost our virginitys to each other) but I have never been to the gynecologist, I'm and not sure what it could be, also I just started my period
