Friendship Probs

I need to vent but I'm also looking for some advice, I have been best friends with my best friend for 8 years now. No matter what happens I always got her back, but sometimes I wonder if she is as Ride or Die as she claims she is. Not too long ago I moved across the state. It sucked not having my girl but it was kind of nice in a way because I got to spread my own wings and see what I can do on my own. While I have lived here I have begged her to come see me. But she always said no because her and her SO are saving money for their own place. So for awhile I didn't bother her about it, during this whole time I am taking time off work to visit her. Time passes and she comes down for my parents wedding. Cut to a year later and she still won't come here to visit, saying she doesn't have much money and she can't get time off work, but I ask her weeks to sometimes months in advance so she can save and take time off, but she doesn't. Then I see here posting pictures of her going out with friends and getting food or out for a drink yet she still won't come here.. And when I talk to her about it she says she must be a crappy friend then... I just don't know what to do anymore... I love my bestie and I want to see her but it doesn't seem like she wants to do anything with me unless I see her and pay for everything.. I understand she wants a place and has bills but so do I and I just can't afford to come home anymore.. What do I do???
