So my boyfriend was laying on the couch and I saw a small lump on his neck. There's no color to it and he doesn't have anything like it on the other side of his neck. It feels like a small ball of muscle. We're both worried that it could be cancerous. He just went for a walk to go to the store and I'm so nervous. I know we should probably go to the hospital but we're in college and he doesn't have good insurance. I also know he won't want to go. What do we do? This kind of thing is what my nightmares are made of.
