Would you trust a doctor with tattoos?

I'm headed off to med school in about a year so I can start my career in neurology. My problem is that I really want a couple tattoos but I don't know if my patients or colleagues would accept that or if I would even be hired. Would you trust me as your doctor if I had tattoos? What about if I was your child's doctor?
