I am very light when it comes to my period and it lasts for 2 and a half days 3 at the most but latley on the second day im unusually very very very heavy like i go through tampons like crazy and i bleed through over a short amount of time i have always used the size i use now (regular) but ive found that recently i bleed through and if im not bleeding through then im changing my tampons so frequently and im really at a loss i dont want to get any bigger sizes because well (virgin^^^^) and even the size im using now still makes me sore and any smaller size i bleed through almost instantly idk guyzzz any advice???
