SAD! Allergic to the sun 😩

I'm literally pissed off! I'm half Puerto Rican I should be able to get a beautiful tan!!! I used to. Now all I get are itchy bumps and burnt 😒 Is anyone else allergic to the sun?? Is there anything you use that helps? Like a certain sun screen or something.
