Ok so I work with this lady who is fostering a little two year old. This lady is unable to have kids of her own and wants to adopt this little girl which I obviously think it great. Here's my issue. She comes into work almost everyday and tells us how the bio mom is doing horrible and might just give up her rights cause she can't handle having the child. About how the mom isn't passing drug tests and just basically how shitty she is. After she finishes telling us she smiles and claps her hands so excitedly. It's like she's hoping this mom messes up. Like I get that she's excited but it makes me sick to my stomach and sad that she is that selfish..I get the mom is probably unfit but come on....am I crazy for feeling this way?
