help!!

Okay other mothers help!!! , in the last two months of my little man  being alive we have switched his formula 6 time he's been put on Zantac and a laxative and I have to give him Tylenol for a long going low grade fever I'm thickening his formula and they just switched his Zantac to something else I've done gas drops and gripe water and nothing is helping he wakes up screaming and is still spitting up if not worse and it's still clear like water 😞 and chokes on nothing!!! Is there anything else I can do??
