I asked my boss of 3 years to bring a fan into the store for me to use, because it can easily reach the upper 90 degree range since it's a fast food place. I had planned on working as long as I could into my pregnancy, I am only 26w 6d. Instead of bringing in the fan or turning the A.C on, he fired me instead. My husband suggested bringing it to court, but I'm not sure. I feel so betrayed and back stabbed that this happened.. I was the only one working and now there's no income.. Any suggestions on what I can or should do? 😕
