13 months constipation
Hello all,
Baby has struggled with terrible bowels his whole first year. Switching to milk has made him super constipated. He goes at least once a day but really strains and cries.
It's always solid, large mass.
I give him extra water, prunes, prune juice, avoid cheese and other carbs.
He's a really great eater. Loves his veggies.
Any suggestions? I'm thinking of suppositories, but that doesn't seem like a sustainable fix.
