My baby hasn't pooped in 3 days. I've been giving him water and nothing. I'm a first time mom so I don't know what I should do.

How old is your baby because my doctor said it's completely normal for your baby to go from pooping multiple times a day to nothing for up to a week. As long as they still have pee diapers it's normal.
