high cholesterol during pregnancy
I am currently 19 weeks pregnant and found out my cholesterol levels are pretty bad my doctor told me they were at 135 and she says I need to immediately cut off all the greasy and fatty foods.
Does anyone know if this is normal or has the same issues and what I need to eat 😩
