First time TTC. Advice?

Hubby and I are trying for our first baby. A few women in my family have had issues TTC and I want to do what I can to encourage the process. Any advice on how to increase chances? Before or after sex tips?

Start taking prenatals, vitamin D, and Premama Fertility supplements right away! Also, buy preseed and start using OPKs everyday to test for ovulation. When you ovulate, have sex for three days straight. And it never hurts to elevate your legs for a few minutes afterward! That's all the things we did and we got pregnant after only 2 months! We were a bit shocked it happened so quickly, but also so happy and relieved!
