Unknown fertility

My husband and I have been trying for 7 years now so far not one mericales I recently started going to a fertility doctor for about two years now and about a month ago she tells me the I've been diagnosed with unknown fertility meaning she doesn't know why haven't gotten pregnant they started giving me clomid about a couple months ago and in two or three months I'll have to make a choice on IVF or injections I don't know which one would work and I've basically given up on trying to get pregnant it seems impossible for me my husband has been checked out and he's good so am I nothing's wrong with us so I don't know why we haven't gotten pregnant
