If you had pain from a cyst on your ovary, what were your symptoms?

I had no idea that I had a cyst, I was just getting an ultrasound for my upcoming iui and the dr found all 34mm of it.

I have really bad pains same time every month, I was at the doctors every other week telling them and they put it down to period pains even though they was at time of ovulation, then they finally sent me for a scan after 8 months of not knowing and found them.

Usually pain. The worst was when I had a cyst rupture (that was actually how I found out I had ovarian cysts). My symptoms then were excruciating pain, passing out, and vomiting.

I had a large one on my left ovary. I had pain during sex, and constant period like pain (had the mirena and didn't have periods).

I didn't have symptoms. I got my IUD inserted and had cramping (unknown if it's from IUD or cyst) and a "period". The period turned out to be blood loss because I had an ovarian torsion. So my most apparent "symptom" was passing out from the lack of blood before getting rushed to the ER for surgery later that night.

I've gotten cysts since and it just feels like my ovulation cramps but for longer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
