can anyone explain to me how bbt & opks work?

Tried for 4 months and still nothing. Decided to buy some opks and start taking bbt but I am confused about how to start it? Can anyone please explain it to me? And any other tips? I have preseed already! Thanks in advance

Hi :) using bbt and opk together is pretty much the only way you can confirm ovulation. You track your bbt every morning at the same time before you do anything else and chart it. If you have a 28 day cycle start your opks at day 10 at 2pm nd once you enter your fertile window start testing twice a day say 2pm and 6:30pm your bbt should go up by at least .2 of a degree a day or two after your positive opk ovulation is confirmed by 3/4 of these raised temperatures minimum. Your opk will drop again around the time you start your period good luck xx
