The more children you have the more likely you are to conceive multiples. The older you are there is a higher incidence. There is a tribe in Africa (I think) that has a high rate of multiples and their diet mainly consists of wild yams which has been linked to hyper ovulation. I am considered of "older maternal age" (34 almost 35) and having twins. This is my 9th pregnancy with 6 live births and babies 7 and 8 on the way. Good luck to you if this is what you are going for.

Other than IVF or fertility meds I don't believe so. We were definitely not trying for multiples but are getting them. 😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
