Help!

So I've been on eve for a little bit and I've seen posts about these things people find when they wipe and many people respond and say that it's a miscarriage. I just found a similar thing but I'm a virgin. I text my mom as soon as I found it and she said she couldn't tell me what it was without seeing and I didn't take a picture. My mom googled some stuff and we think it's a decidual cast which is basically your uterus coming out. I'm very scared because it also occurs when you have a ectopic pregnancy but there is no way I'm pregnant. I'm also super light headed. Has anyone else experienced this? Do I need to go to the doctor?
