Yes. I didn't think I could do it. I was terrified. Then I met a girl who was maybe 8 or 10 who was also there to testify. It was his niece, and he had molested her. I had to do it, if not for myself, then for her. I couldn't look at him. I covered my eyes most of the time, mostly because I was wiping away tears but also because I did not want to look at him. They did make me point to him but that was just about the only time I looked. You can do it, it will be hard but you deserve justice.

Frankly, I can't bear to write it again, but here's a link to my story. I'm the 11 year old "alleged" victim they're referencing. I was 12 when I testified. It killed me and I still have nightmares about it and I honestly don't think I'll ever recover, but you have to. I know it sucks and I know it's not fair, but you have to do it. If my 12 year old self could look him in the eyes and tell everyone what he did to me, then you can to. I believe in you. Stay strong💕
